Same bad experience here as well... Ordered two helmets which were supposed to be in stock, next day I get the DHL AWB no and I'm pretty happy that they will arrive soon...
3 days later I get an email from Gerrit that some of the products are out of stock at that they need 3-4 days to reorder.. I explained that I need them urgently since I'm travelling, so give me other options, other colours whatever, but no reply from them after a dozen of emails and numerous WhatsApp (I admit some of them also insulting
). Don't even bother to call them they just don't reply...
I'm not sure if it's actually an real shop or just a scam...
Should have read this thread earlier... Now I just feel I lost my money...
