Nice list! Looking forward to it.
Gijs Wassenaar is on top of the Woo ranking list with a 29.6 a couple of weeks ago, think we will see a 30+ soon!
I don't like to take credits away for outstanding performance, but....

Anyway, he jumps incredible high...but Woo numbers are doubtfully...
I know very well, just want to mention he can jump very high

I hope the real pros stop accepting to be judged by an inexact toy...

I´m happy about the athlets that could make I am sure they will give us a wonderfull performance on the air!
BUT, I´m very disappointed with Red Bull way of conducting it, looked like all guys were choosen upfront, making the voting campaign and "brand interaction" looking like a fraud both for consumers and kitesurfing fans.
That is called to subjugate intelligence...
It would be better if they just announced the card.

Somehow I'm a bit disappointed. Only two people (PM and CM) that weren't there last year ?
This smells...don't think there was a fair chance for the other people who enterred the competition. Also taking into account most of the other 9 did not perform at such a level it is interesting to add them again and variety would def step it up.
I think Petreau is new too. He was supposed to compete, but did not in the end, I believe.
Also surprising Rangin wasn't picked as he performed really well.
What riders would you guys have like to see otherwise?

There should be a hard quota for riders from last year so that more new riders are supported.

Why? Kiteboarding isn't that big and I do not think the competition would be fun if we watch beginners send their kites.

It’s a great line up...big names and awesome riders.
New and younger riders first need to get a name...like Carlos Mario.
Look at Formula 1...no young talent gets in immediately...Cart, F3, F2 etc before you can drive in F1.
And that’s what KOTA is...F1

Please no Queen of the Air. That would be boring as hell. If the women can loop it hard and with style, just as well let them compete with the guys.
As much as I would love to have a queen of the air, I must agree that women are not there yet...and if a woman makes it by comparison with guys, she is more than welcome and I sure would support it big time.
Someone should organize a private queen of the air...but with the GKA Air Games we pretty much have events for the ladies too, which the same judging criterias.
I thought there was one which was supposed to happen...

I recall something...but not sure if it happened already or is still planned.
Anyway, the Air Games tour was happening this year, including girls.

One-third of the entrants (6 of 18) are from the Netherlands. That's a strong group of riders. 3 others are from UK, and 2 are from S. Africa. I never realized how many of the top KOTA riders are from Netherlands!
