I also told them that I'm willing to add some extra euros to upgrade to a 3.0 if they don't have any 2.0 in stock.

Answer was : "Seen"

LOL

So I ordered a WOO 3.0 with mount on the 30th of November. The order was automatically confirmed immediately. Than... quiet. On the 6th of December I e-mailed support asking when it will be shipped. No answer. On the 17th I e-mailed again. No answer. I also messaged them on Facebook. There I received an answer today saying I will need to e-mail support. So I did again... Really *%#* service. I wish I had never ordered it, but it's already paid for.

Well Woo so far has failed to add my home location for database so I need to use over 100km away location for my sets and with hashtags add real location. Does not sound like real working company anymore..

i know guys who post jumps from different places to beaches to mess with others. So stupid that woo doesn't have any
gps tingo to know where it is. must be the most expensive POS on the market that doesn't know it location. LOL :o

I am not trying to mess with woo-locations. My problem just is that woo app does not recognize my home location. So only option is to use closest-by location which is 100km away.

Sure I've filled woo's "add location" sheet like 4-5 months ago but nothing has happened.

Earlier I also critisized woo about this that you could travel & jump at Cape Town and upload result to home plaze and to lake where you just can't jump that high.

Seems people who re buying them are receiving them reasonably quickly here in NZ but those who have warranty claim they aren't interested in. They said to me they would cover it but has been 3 months now and now sending me emails to buy a new one at a reduced price. WTF. :argue: :argue:
