But note, it doesn’t matter. Because all of the lines have changed, including the leader lines. So if you had lines made to the original length, it wont go back to the new configuration of front and back lines of the same length at full power.
Changed, compared to what?

These are the lengths and prices of the replacement sets I offer, measured on a 2018 Click bar ex 2m extensions and 25cm pigtails:

2x11.45m powerlines sk99 500: €37.20
2x19.75m steering lines sk99 300: €41.60

Evan - Infexion
Decent prcing and great material. SK99 - ozone lines, right?

Thanks Evan! I have been actually checking out your line offerings and you seem to be knowledgeable about the lines overall. May I ask are your SK99 lines Liros DCxxx lines and if you offer SK99 DC301 1,5mm lines and if not, what is the reason for it, please?

Lines were from Eurocord that went bankrupt, someone took over the machines and coating recipes so I am still able to order the same lines.
They look very much like the Liros DC pro lines ( 401 and 201) in terms of thickness, breaking load and weave but with a thicker, longer lasting coating.

For freeriding/boosting the 1.6mm power lines are thin enough and goes nicely with the thin 1.1mm steering lines so I don't see the advantage to have a line in between.
For light wind and racing the 1.1mm 300DaN are more than strong enough. I even boost on the 1.1mm lines up to 17m and never broke one.

In fact, I will be surprised if most power lines of the big brands exceed a 300DaN breaking load the way they are spliced and sleeved.

Actually I could test breaking strength if I could get a line spliced from both sides ;) I assume it would break somewhere at the splice or in proximity.

Compared to new.

The problem is that leader lines also change over time so if you measure the lines when the bar is brand new and then use the bar for a year, those measurements are no longer valid.

You can't just go and buy stock lines to the original new length and expect to be able to get back to all lines equ at full power

And you have 8.3 meter's diffrence between front and back and I measured just over 10 meters.

They list as 22 meter + 2 meter extensions I believe :thumb:
It's not that simple, front lines are many meters shorter, I have just replaced mine with power Q lines, so simple as lines do not need any sort of sleeving, just cut and tie off, many times stronger, so simple.
Not cheap!
Q-Power Pro sounds interesting, where did you buy them from, please?
I only replaced the standard back and front lines you need to retain the 25cm pigtails for ease of attaching to your kite.
i have used my new Q powerlines near every day for the last 3 weeks, they are better than i remember from when i used them back in 2003-2006.
here is where i bought mine from -

not a problem,
as click bars are supplied with spare lengths of pigtails from 20cm to 35cm long, ie 20/25/30/and 35cm lengths.
enough for any line stretch problem.

of course switching to Q line gets over any stretch problems.

Funny. If lines stretch, explain how it comes that I measured used Naish lines at 23.8m and a brand new set at 24m ;)

But different lengths or adjustable pigtails / leader lines are a good way to compensate. Most bars offer way too little adjustment options, if any.

Lines shrinks not strech as lines been pre-streched before retail

that's right, its a fact that only heard of last year,
did not quite believe it at first, but then the racers who use foil kites like Gunnar and the flysurfer race guys told me the same thing, as it has to be adjusted for on the bridles of foil kites after many seasons use.
so I became a believer after 18 years believing they stretched.
I do remember stretching my own lines way back in the early years, securing the ends on a post and really pulling back hard on the bar to stretch them evenly, and they did stretch quite a bit.
