Is your foil the one with a spitfire like front wing?
Can you post a picture of your assembled foil?
I remember seeing a guy who had mounted his front wing with the trailing edge facing forward! He was 100% it was assembled right yet it clearly wasn't.
The outline of that spitfire wing can be confusing.
If that is the wing you have on your lift foil, make sure that the leading edge of front wing is facing forward :thumb:

Hmmmm.....usually the back wing is on top of the fuselage, but this might not be the case with Lift. Also, the anhedral or flip of the tips are usually opposing.

Your front wings flip of the tips face down as does the back wing. The back wing usually faces up.

Can you mount the back wing on the other side of the fuselage?

Hex fuse....setup correct.

Check board for flex?

....I went from a dwarf that I repaired after putting a hook through it to a new one...the results were astonishing...

Just a little water inside made the tracks ever so soft impacting the ride...ridiculous...

(sidebar - I dont like the MHL board compared to dwarf....its so thick - its farther from the mast....seemed like it took more torque to ride it..)

I was also confused with both wings flexing down but that's how the grooves for the screws are. They cannot be mounted any different.

And my board is a brand new SS Dwarfcraft.

Had no issues with the hover glide foil and shorter solo mast yesterday. It must just be a lot harder to start with this lift foil?

I have the larger dwarf craft and the lift 2016 foil. I had the hover glide first. Move the mast forward about half way in the tracks. It's an awesome foil soooooo stable.

That's an old fuse the 2016 models are triangular. Google lift foils before 2016 I think the stab and wind were on top of the fuse.

Man I don't know much about foils yet but that design in the picture with the pointy ends of the fuselage sticking out looks dangerous.

You have it seutp correctly...I had an old lift like that...good foil...

The dwarf craft is tough to learn on....

but sounds like your doing something wrong...

get WAY more speed and pump the wing....
