I am no rocket scientist and I still cant figure out how to loosen or tighten the straps seen in this video. there is a strap sticking out the top but OH WELL. i can't RTFM-what manual?

If you've got the straps positioned correctly, the arrows on the straps should be pointing towards the nose of the board. If you pull on the strap (the end will have the little Slingshot "spikey ball" on it), it will tighten the strap. If you need to loosen it, push down on the arrows and that will release the clip below it. I find it helps if I have my fist in the strap to help push out when I'm loosening the strap. Hope that helps!
