You have any more bad tips? Lucky for you but stop recommending.
Electronics do not belong in the freezer, that can not be the right way...

In fact I got this recommendation from Woo HQ to hard reset my Woo2.0 and it worked a little, Woo was ON but no charging.
@ fzonatto :
Be patient and send many mails to Woo Support, they will help you to fix your issue. It worked for me even if it took 2.5 months

I put an iPhone in the oven. Overheated, then rebooted.
Only way to get it going again...NOTHING from Appple helped to fix it. That did.
So, I do believe in the freezer hack !

took me 3 tries to update but it went through.
first time 2 times it failed on "updating firmware" step, asking to restart woo and try again. second time the yellow light was on for about 2 minutes and i thought I fried it..
But it restarted to blinking green and after the 3rd try reported success...
Definitely a bit shaky, imho.
Since OP mentioned that he was a beta tester, I would definitely suggest no to use any pilot versions of phone app for updating...

I came out of the beta and never coming back, I thought would have any priority if I had an issue, I was wrong, the case replacement took months now will just have to sit and wait...

I am a Beta tester too. No issues with this update. Always got pretty quick replies on past feedback. However, no response from them on my last feedback that was months ago and prior to the last app update in November. Kind of since the app updates became less frequent.
