Is no one curious about the new 789 wing that Moses mentioned on Instagram?

It says 780 windfoil race. It’s amazing how they can make money introducing new gear to windsurf market while kitefoil market is crying for new wing sets

Also massive advantages on tracks strip a t nut just put in new one...if the insert is in the board umm...now what
FYI, there are no inserts on the T38 or T22 Red carbon boards. There are 2 mounting positions with holes from the deck to bottom through the board. The mounting hardware for the foil is M6 using the Moses Button Head Bushings.
The red carbons are very nice. A little more nose scoop than the LTD in both sizes.

With 633 and 590 I realistically need only two mast positions. Two sets of holes 25-35mm apart is awesome

yes...until you want to mount some other foil on them which doesn't have 165mm hole spacing :)

I'll post pics of my new "woody" board I had made before the trip, three weeks ago - I designed 6x holes in it, at 90mm width, 165mm between longest and 140mm apart between closest pairs to be able to mount both 6.5" and 5.5" hole space masts (my original GW 105cm mast has either 5.5" or 6.25" spacing for some silly reason)

There's special place in heaven for people designing non-standard gear. (Hell is too much fun to accommodate stupid - let them eternally suffer in heaven)

Here goes the "woody" board
36x16x0.75”
Paulownia wood (glass-wood-glass-wood-glass sandwich). Upper deck concave, lower deck beveled, medium nose scoop.
Clear traction pads from NSI.
Made by Tim C. Gibbs.

February 5th. Still no 2019 catalog. Still no 81cm mast. Still no larger/thicker than 590 wing for 647 fuselage.

873 wing, 645/425 set, new T38/T22s and pics of 780 wing are in though...and hopes for more to come

Received the T22 a week ago and looks good. Pretty light, 1923grams, happy with that for travelling which was my number 1 priority for the board. Extra is the nimbleness etc. and with Onda I think there’s no need for bigger board even in LW w/ 12 Soul, we’ll see :D

I bet the T22 is sweet spot size.

I've been experimenting with 90-105-120 board sizes. It's still too early to make final conclusion.
But with 90 I need to have power to allow direct pop up on 633 wing /80kg . Otherwise it's torpedo. With 105, it's possible to do one sine of kite while board plows along sub surface, to get flying on wing. 120 is much more forgiving. All sizes feel the same in the air.
The 90 will fit in a hockey bag for travel. Others I still have to fork out the 80-100euro each way fee..
So I'm still considering making a 120 split board. Making non split layered balsa board now, but think I can make a split one pretty easy. Have an idea how to do it.
