Cab 2018 bar's black plastic depower line, is the sheet in/out smooth when turning the bar or is it "jammed"?

The bar looks pretty well designed, but does the black plastic depower line run smoothly through the bar's hole when you are turning the bar and then sheet in or out?

Some bars get "jammed" when doing this and I don't want that.

Thank you!

I have a 2018 and 2015 bar. the 2018 middle insert is stainless and the hole and shape of the sides is bigger than the aluminium 2015 (not sure when they re-designed it, but it was already upgraded in the 2017 models). The motion in the newer models is smooth and does not jam when steering the kite and sheeting at the same time. I normally use my newer bar but a couple of weeks ago I used my 2015 bar again, and the difference was huge. The older bar definitely jams when sheeting while turning. I'm talking about fishpoling the bar as when looping. For gentler turns it might not be such a problem.
