Hello kite friends
Does anyone feel tired/uncomfortable in the left hand after short while when ridning toeside? I go to gym and work out but it doesnt help. Its not really tired, more a uncomfortable feeling that make you Not wanna use your bar with left hand alone. I dont get this with the other arm(right).
Does any one have any tips what I could train or stretch, or do?

Left or right hand...try riding more upright, let your bar out a bit. Take it more easy...might help?

Yeah I have one of those too and it makes a hell of a difference. There are quite a few sliding hook or rope spreaders now.

Warning - this sounds very familiar to me - it's how my wrist tendinitis started. Check with a doctor, and give it as much rest as you can (plus exercises). In addition: use a stopper; switch to kites with light bar pressure; make sure you keep your wrists straight when holding the bar; etc. If it feels uncomfortable, stop doing it, or it may become (much) worse.

I have slider rope
Youre probably right
when I ride toe side I use to the hold the bar with rope that goes to the chicken loop between the meddle fingers fingers. Probably thats why I get problem
Thanks alot for all tips. Will check out some exercises for my wrist and hand.
