Once a German mag wrote real test results many years ago...boy, they were in trouble !
The best is to test the gear yourself. The only way to find out if the gear suits your needs.
Difficult to disagree. Will take years to test them all though

Article reveals results in physical units of N force and kg weight. That's a big step towards objectivity.
Did anyone put this data in a single table yet?

Awesome idea. Wish I had the time to. It's fun to look at but not easy flipping between pages.

I like reading tests, but sure thing you can identify when a specific brand is being pushed too hard.
I think for most of the people Is not so easy to actually test different brands, i dont know in other countries but in Brazil, apart from Ceará, generally you will find one or two brands in each region... now the situation os kinda changing but, still, you need to be lucky to have a demo day nearby... so we tend to rely on reviews notably if you have interest on a brand that isnt popular in your local spot.
We all know that is impossible to be 100% neutral, the reviewer bias can be d/t financial incentives, comercial partnership, or just pure personal preference , however it is possible to “read between the flattering words” specially when pure technical data Is showed in the review.
Anyway... thats the beauty of this kind of forum, you can find sincere opinions (and rant!) from real users... By the way there is a source for reviews that seems to be as much neutral as possible, ”weteskites”- the guys over there seems to put a real effort in giving a detailed description of their feelings regarding the gear.
