The Ocean Rodeo Flite has light bar pressure. I think the 12m would also make a decent kite for foiling in light wind if you choose that rout.

I was also looking for light pressure. Indeed OR flite is light and very efficient in 10m or higher. My old (but still in use and good kite) Slingshot Rally 2011/2012 is even lighter in bar .

Foilkites are lighter than LEI if it is among your search radar.

Foil kites in general and they are quite customizable to bar pressure but it affects performance.

The lightest bar kite I would think is the Pansh - A15. Bar is borderline nonexistent.

Some options that I know about: Gong Strutless, Liquid Force Elite, HQ Matrixx.

Avoid the Ozone Hyperlink. Horribly - and unreasonably - high bar pressure, IMO.

Have a look at the Blade Trigger. Really nice kite that manages to combine very low bar pressure with responsive steering.
