Communication is challenging with this company, a total mess I think is too much for such a small shaper...a bit desperate after paying everything.
after paying everything?
why?
I have ordered 4 skates over the last 18,months, 2 from Gunnar and 2 direct from groove, the 2nd of the direct skates I ordered 2 weeks ago, the ist direct order took 25 days to arrive from order to my door, I only had to pay for that when it was ready for shipping, 3 hours after paying it was with Post Italia, and on its way, tracking it to me was easy,it took less than 3 days,
the last one I ordered 2 weeks ago is the same deal-pay only when ready to ship, no deposit, no hassle, no problems,
E mails were answered next day, I kept the mails as one continuous thread so they could read the history of communication,
on the day of paying and shipping out to me my emails were replied to within the hour.

I don't expect 25 days from order date this time, the last one(25days) was made over the festive period, probably not too busy, I do know they have been hit hard with orders recently. :thumb:
its worth the wait :bye:

I'm not so Lucky, it seems that they had some productions problems, it's ok...but last week they talk me that this Monday was the board ready to leave, they sent me the pay method 5 day after...I made the bank transfer 30 minutes after I received the email...I know in EU a bank transfer is made in 24h...2 days after I don't have any track number. They responds my emails in 2, 3 or 4 days...

OT, but just tested my T22 and it is a great board even in very marginal winds. Just an option for these boards and a "cheap" one being very light, 1903g.

I was comparing the scoop or rocker line of my 120 skate against my moses 128 ltd, and it was shockingly so different,
it made me realise that in choppy wavy conditions the groove easily clears the oncoming peaks more easily as the front is so much higher, its like sailing around with a taller mast(sort of) an added bonus that I had not realised.
but that said I still cant decide which board I like the best, both feel great, but slightly different, the Moses still has it in the looks department when the sun is reflecting off its glossy carbon base,
but the skate with its carbon black looks and twin gold stripes takes me back to the John Player gold/black formula one cars,
its good to have a choice even though my wife Pauline :angryfire: cant understand why I have 3 boards when one will do. :allbegood:
