The IH was the ‘best’ because it would release any time at any pressure and very few would at that time. Now most all of them do so next comes convenience & the Ozone beats it hands down. Actually, one hand down.
I have no opinion on whether it is a copy or not and absolutely do not care, just so it works.

Can you post some pics or vids of the Hyped 2 doing megaloops, 200m sandbar jumps or 28m boosts on water - like Olly on his Soul.. or is it not that "Versatile". headings can be miss leading..

You must be confusing "best performance" with "versatile". Do you really expect one kite to be best at everything ? Versatile=compromise.
For that matter the Soul is not the best kite for kite loops or anything else you mentioned either (that's not what it was designed for anyway).
Is this thread going to turn into a battle between Ozone and Flysurfer pimps ?

I think it's Matteo who is behind the times, he forgets ozone released a push away CL six years ago
If ozone did licence the reverse pin (like slingshot did with the sentinel) i'm sure they will get the money back if they choose to licence in return.
This is old news anyway, the new release came out almost a year ago!

.....This is old news anyway, the new release came out almost a year ago!
So...... Ozone finally decided that they had to create a push away release 6 years ago (2014 available?), while North had completed the evolution of the Ironheart line in 2010? Yes, I do seem to be behind the times..... well maybe in clown world.
I am not pimpin North. I don't even like their kites. Their bars have been good but not great (never would I buy a click bar), though their trim cleats were better than even ClamCleats. But North did make the first good release in kiteboarding that had no issues. Other companies have actually gone backwards during North's rein on CL releases. Now those other companies are finally catching up, and even coming out with some innovation in CL's to differentiate their designs further from North, which the industry views as the standard.
And again, good for Ozone on this one. But if they really wanted to impress the kiteboarding world with a slight degree of care for kiteboarders, they would do what North should have done back in 2010 - Make any superior safety product free or extremely low cost for license to any manufacture. Lots of incidents could have been prevented over many years of kiteboarding if all CL's on all brands were the IronHeart. And that could be the true innovation that Ozone (or Duotone now) could provide for the end users. A degree of care for safety, without holding profit above that.

Ozone has a history of releasing a design they find to be beneficial to industry. I hope they do the same with the Click-In loop as what they did with the Sharknose on paragliders.
Mostly because I want Duotone or Core to take the Click-In system and add a ceramic bearing.

Matteo,
How long did it take boards and more to adopt single front like safety compared to the industry? They bare a lot of historical responsibility, especially when marketing the "worlds safest CL" on the quad bar.
When I upgrade I'll let you know how good the V4 bar is.

Hey hey!!! Can we get back to talking about this kite?n
Gunner how does this thing boost?
Hi Everyone,
It boosts pretty good. The fast turning speed really lets you redirect the kite fast and get good height. Whenever the Ozone Video we shot on Fuerte last month comes out, you should be able to see quite a lot of boosting with the V2.
