Does anyone know if the pre-2019 support has been wiped out completely or is the company or B&M still supporting older gear? I tried to look for some old manuals for V splitter setting on 2018 kites but cannot find the old stuff.
Hidden or gone completely?

They had a web shop for older parts last year but I have not been able to find it anymore? They stated last year they would continue to have spares for pre 2019 gear?

My thoughts as well. I spoke to shop yesterday in UK and they said yes and probably Duotone parts will fit. I guess not publishing on the interweb to avoid confusing the f£&k out of anyone new to the sport or has not read the forum last year.

Manuals

Spare Parts
https://shop.duotonesports.com/en-gb/home_kiteboarding
I've found that Duotone's replacement parts seem to be compatible with bars going back to 2013 since the current bars are essentially the same design.
I'm not sure how far back, but many of Duotone's kite spare parts are also compatible with older North kites.

considering that nothing changed, but the name,i guess that local distributors or dealers, who remaine the same will support older spare parts as any other brand.

Just to be completely clear, we will continue to support all items that we produce under any brand name as we have always done in the past. This includes warranties and spare parts. And yes, many newer Duotone items are identical/backwards compatible with 2018 and earlier North branded products. Just ask your Duotone dealer and they should be able to order anything, and if you have any issues finding smaller/older parts or questions about compatibility feel free to hit me with a private message here.
