Hi everybody, sorry for my negative comments about hydrofoiling. I just think it's dangerous sometimes. I guess I just prefer a board. Especially finless small boards. They are really fun and easy to learn. I've been doing it for 20 years and I'm disappointed nobody understands or followed..maybe a handful know. I hope to bring them to the public one day. The sport needs help in my opinion. Especially prices. Safety is pretty good. I guess whatever floats your boat. In truth I wanted to get people talking and at the same time about my new kiteboarding company I'm trying hard to start. Anyway stay safe and I'll try to keep an open mind.

Hi Lou,
Just keep doing your thing and enjoy it.
You will not make it right for everyone, but you will have your fans and followers.
I have the same with my style...as long as we inspire some people with what we do, we can be happy.
Most important is not to bend over for commercial purposes...only then we can be truly happy.
Looking forward to your new company. Wishing you good luck with it. I am sure your fans hope to get something unique the sport doesn’t offer yet.
Btw...you might thing Hydrofoil is dangerous...seeing your ripping I think what you do is dangerous too.
Not the gear itself, but your wakestyle is tuff on your body...
But we all know, this sport is dangerous...either gear, style or bad judging...
But at the end, we pretty much all love what we do.
Keep ripping Lou ! And hoping you stay injury free for a long time.

Be great to see some kids ripping around on some simple affordable boards and kites ripping it up and getting away from the over technological expensive wankfest that kiteboarding has become. Even a pair of bindings is $600 these days - look the same as $99 snowboard boots to me.

Well I am not a kid but, I have the affordable and ripping thing going so I can't see why a kid couldn't either. Simple is not necessarily more affordable though. Point of perspective on what is simple, pump vs some bridles eh?
