Looking to go to La Ventana in May even though that's way outside the "good" wind range. Anyone who's been there can tell me what the wind is like during that time? I'm planning to do a lot of hydro foiling so 10 knots is all I'd need.
Also, are there any places that rent out hydrofoil boards? I can take my own wing/mast but I'd rather not drag my board with me in the airplane.

I'm also interested as it appears one of the outfitters in Los Barriles closes midApril and things appear to shutdown in La Ventana ?
I'm headed to La Ventana very end of April...would bring a foil if there is light-moderate summer winds ?

Always thought of LV as winter only but with foiling I wonder what the winds are like the rest of the year?? Any consistent light thermals?
