Help sourcing stainless steel O-rings

Hi. I've been looking for the right size O-ring and can't find it. It's for a homemade bar. It's about the size of a quarter and needs to have the strength to be load bearing. I believe it's 3/16 internal diameter. I'm looking for the size BRM uses on their bar. Another great example is SK Shapes bar. Thank you.

A quarter is about 1 inch in diameter, so 3/16 is probably not the size you are looking for. You should be able to find them in a boating or fishing store in a selection of sizes, or you can get some online here. The video at the end should help you see how big they are.

Yes, 1 inch OD 'O' ring. Typical breaking loads are 800kg for 4mm and 1600kg for 5mm.

Look at REI climbing rings. Light and strong.

I would try a local machine shop - they will easily be able to make whatever you want out of 304 or 316 stainless. Should be quite simple for them and not very expensive.
