Yes, they’re both, as well as Moonshine are part of 7 Nation. Both wings are identical. Infinity 76 is same area but a better wing

I got an H4 for sup foiling, but didn't find it great for me. It is unstable and doesn't have as much lift as it should for its surface area. When you review its specs, you see it last an inferior bottom end and top end to the Infinity 76.

But what it does do is turn really well, very lively. So SS has rebranded it as a light wind kite wing. It rises way quicker than the regular hoverglide (NF2/H5) and it is very carve-y. It is quite fun with the kite.

The Ride Engine version, bat wing, was intended for surfing. I remember there were videos of people prone surfing on them. People on seabreeze forum talk about sup/surf foiling on the H4 too. So yes, some people do.

Perfect, gonna grab up either a remora mount or foil mount and give it a go on an old surfboard.

I am still a little sketched by FoilMount. The glue won't come off, but I worry about delam and pulling the fibreglass off. But mostly it's the price ... offends my sensibilities to spend that much on a sticker.

But that and Remora I guess have the benefit of not destroying the board.

If it's one you don't care about using as a surfboard again, you may want to give a try to installing the track mounts. I have done my first one and it was easier than I thought. Prior to that, I did through-hull holes using golf club shafts ... which also works fine, but the board is now "permanently" foil specific. ;-)

I saw a video of a wakesurfer where the foilmount came off. Kinda leary of it now.
