I have 4 foils, 3 masts, 2 fuses, and 2 stabs.
What are people using for storing/transport?

I use the Moses kite foil bag. It's big enough for 2 masts and 2 sets of foils and 2 fuselages. It could probably hold more wings at a squeeze.

I use the combination of a prolimit kite foil board bag (board + second mast) and the stock Zeeko foil bag.

The Shinn foil comes with a really nice bag that can fit the foil with the 90cm mast I can squeeze it in a big luggage so I can split the weight between board bag and luggage.

Dakine Foil Quiver bag doesn’t look bad
Can you fit multiple foils and wings in it? Also is padded?

Yes, it's designed to hold 2 foils disassembled. Same padding along the lines of a twin tip day bag, but maybe a little more.
