Duotone click bar advice please

May users of click bar advice me on line lengths please?
I'm replacing north/duotone lines on slightly used bar to q powerlines.
When measuring lines attached to fixed point, bar have full power set, I can not pull the bar close to chickenloop, there is about 15-20 cm before I could fully pull the bar in meaning my lines are uneven,
It seems that rear /steering lines are much shorter then centre lines.

Is that normal on North duotone bars or should I have even lines so I can fully pull my bar in, right to the chicken loop?

Front land rear ines should be even at full power. Your lines have all shrunk, the front lines just shrunk less.

Duotone included extra longer rear line pigtails to adjust them. It is common for front and rear lines to get out of wack with use. The Duotone lines seem worse than others I have used.

Another option would be to make your lineset the original lengths and adjust with the rear pigtails. That way when you replace the center line leaders, it will still work.

I just got a lightly used 2019 Click Bar and when checking the line lengths I have equal lengths with the bar all the way pulled in and the power marker in the bar just past center (probably 5 of 8 clicks). Obviously a little bit of line stretch. But not sure I want to trim it equal at full power, fully pulled in since I like to ride with the bar a bit further away. Maybe I risk potentially over-sheeting at full power with the bar all the way in but I also don't want to have to ride with the bar at the CL to get all the power. Maybe personal preference.
Just wondering, what bar position to people trim for equal lines and full power?

Also not big deal, but does anyone ever replace the line wrap bungees? These things snap after about 5 uses, just like I remember. Maybe not worth the trouble.

I’ve seen all kinds of trim. For surfboard I usually like about one click for lines equal

For foiling or somewhere with high winds, I like full power is lines equal.

It can depend on your kite, chicken loop size,etc.

I was taking to a very experienced kite repair guy the other day and he confirmed that the click bar original setup is exactly as you describe it - equal line lengths with bar fully sheeted in and trim half way (trim marker in the center).
Which leads to backstalling with trim at 'full power' and bar fully sheeted in.

Anyone can check and confirm this with a new click bar?

Unless it has changed that is incorrect.

Fully sheeted in, fully powered (power indicator all the way to the right) equal line lengths is stock.

I run a Duotone kite school and my son is Duotone teamrider so I have seen many Click bars. The correct setup is equal line length fully sheeted in without click (max power)
If your power lines are longer than the steering lines, your steering lines shrunk.To correct this there are 3 sets of longer pigtails included with the click bar.
You can easily replace your line set with other lines which I did with some bars in the past. I used Liros DC200 and DC300 which are great lines.
