What about the weight of this Aluminum setup vs Carbon mast and fuse? Cost? Looks nice but relevant data as a buyer I am left uninformed as usual.

It is an unboxing and not a review. The review will come in a couple of weeks.
The weight is 4.5kg compared to the 3.2 kg of the Onda Kite 91 Carbon.

First ride today.
Really like the stiffness of the mast. It's much stiffer than the Carbon 71cm Mast. So much more control in waves.

That's a bit surprising - why do you think it would be stiffer?

Gunnar, how do you like the mystic stealth spreader bar? Did you try to use it for jumping (on a center loop)?

I do not think it is stiffer. I know it is stiffer. I have tested the flex.

I am really happy with it. It does it's job and it's comfortable. I use it for boosting too on the center loop.
