I bought a Cabrinha Double Agent to get going foiling. 999 euro shipped to my door for the current model isn't bad 👍

I would like to give the Gong gear a go. I like the way that parts are interchangeable within the brand.

I'm using a Gong allvator foil with a Gong 4'6 board. I also bought the Surfwing M and like the setup a lot.

What is price of hydrofoil- its price difference of what you pay for new and that you get when sold. Best new sold difference i think is on Moses side.

Are you using the surfwing M with the allvator stabilizer? Or did you buy the 40 or 45 cm stabilizer?

I have moses too, and like the gear, but I seriously doubt you statement. The Gong Allvator foil costs 400€ or a set with board 800€.

Suppose you sell the allvator foil only for 200€ after two years. Your depreciation is only 200€..

Moses you pay 1400 or 1500€ ?. Don't tell me you will be able to sell it above 1200€ after two years of use.

I use the kitefoil fuselage for both frontwings. I just drilled 2 new holes in the surfwing. A bit of precission job but not to hard. I have only used the Surfwing so far, and only with the kitefoil stab. I will start to use the kitewing soon.

Peert, I missed your question. I use the regular stab that comes with the kitefoil setup. Would be fun though to test with the smaller 40cm stab.

Recently there´s a lot of positive statements on the Gong foil kit on the German forum.
I´ve checked their website which is a really interesting read ("about us"). Sounds all plausible and positive. Seems a heavily underestimated brand!
I´ll go to Brittany for vacation soon and will visit their headquarters in La Baule. Curious :D
