I’m going at the end of this September for 13 days. Pretty busy this period I’m struggling to find room and Le morne for one missing night :S

Try apartments in La Gaulette...worked for me, great value and difference in price allowed me to hire car for the 5 minute journey to and from Le MOrne......and go elsewhere if it was busy there....

End of July was windy... I used an 8m for almost x2 weeks straight in various stages of powered to v powered up. Going again & will take smaller kites.. One eye was incredible - stayed @ St Regis which is next to the point & v nice, but not cheap!

We stayed in the St Regis too ! Not cheap is an understatement but really really enjoyed it there . Our room looked right out at one eye and we had the pleasure of watching many many swims and rescues !
We were there June and the wind was good . I used an 8m as the biggest but the 5 mainly and the 3 once or twice and on the foil. Would love to go back

already have 12 night in Le morne and will need to stay over first night somewhere, worst come to worst we will stay at airport hotel but wanted to avoid it as we land 11:30am so we would lose one day of kiteboarding!

I completely disagree. Mauritius is never windy and the waves are very small. There is no need to go any time of year. I have no idea why "Le Morne" is on my profile. Must be a typo. :jump:
