Hi all,
I just wanted to share my satisfaction of Naish's second to none customer service, the consideration and help from the seller I bought the product from...
I had some small issue with my bar and the situation was resolved in a fast and professional manner.
Naish themselves suggested to contact the seller and to keep them updated. So I did.
I received the replacement parts timely and without any hassle after I provided pictures of the bar.
I am Naish customer since years, and this is the first time I have had to contact them regarding such thing.

When the 2017 lines started stretching they offered free set of replacement lines for all their customers.

Just bear in mind that type of comment was very common when I was in first grade in preliminary school.
