@iriejohn
Can you add a picture of how this looks like? Is it hard to cut/sand the buckle material?
I just used a square section file to make the notch/step then roughly cleaned up using a sharp blade, although a really sharp blade would cut the composite no probs. Not pretty but works fine. Do these pics display OK?

Just used my stealthbar for the first time, 9 days on water, 2-3 hours a day. I couldn't be more satisfied with its performance - nearly doesn't ride up, once adjusted you never have to touch the straps even when wearing different thickness of neo clothes. easy and fast to open/close, light and supportive. Pairs perfectly with my 2018 RE harness. Now when the rope is stretched I am going to replace the factory ring with Wichard 20x14 to use with Cabrinha CL.
By far this is the best SB I have ever used(Mystic Clickerbar 4.0, ΙΟΝ SPREADERBAR II and RideEngine 2018 hook bar(awful!)) .

Today I used the stealthbar with 4/3 wetsuit - I managed to tighten it without adjusting straps after the summer days when only wearing rashguard. Well done Mystic!

I bought a replacement rope which came with a website link with instructions, but I lost piece of paper with the website link.
Does anyone know where I can find instructions to replace the mystic stealth rope? Specifically I want to know how to thread the rope through the triangle metal washer piece with 3 holes.

Funny, I thought a simple google search would pull up instructions too. I think it's up through outer most hole, down through inner most, up through center then over the existing loop from outer to inner and back under that loop but above plate such that under tension the loop closes down on the tail of the rope.
I think....

Just a word of caution.
The other day I closed the clasp with the rope underneath.
About a quarter mile off shore, the rope pulled it open.
Fortunately I was foiling in light but not too light of wind and simply dragged back in, put the kite on its side and fixed the issue.
Now I check that the rope is not caught.

Does anyone know if you can purchase the metal backing plate required to convert hook -> rope anywhere?

I had my first issue yesterday. Some sand got in the lever . I couldn’t get out ! Ended up loosening the straps then wriggling out of the harness . I just couldn’t get enogh force on the lever , once out a coin as a lever undid it . There were just a few grains of our very fine sand had wedged it a bit . Was quit funny for a while; how can I escape . Then I thought old way just loosen the straps . Never happened before but this sand is super fine and blows about everywhere . I like the spreader tho it’s just the job and would buy again
