Same here! Love my Raptor Ltd, and see a few of them around, but never actually witnessed a CF kite in person! Most odd, if they're as good as the boards. I'd love to try one but no-one does demo's around these parts unfortunately.

Looks nice, I've never seen any CrazyFly kites in real life.
I have a board which I love.
Everyone's North, Cab or Core over here.

Well, got myself a Hyper 9m. No big winds in the forecast yet unfortunately...
Did you get the chance to test it? I am considering to buy one, have seen a nice offer for a 2019
Had 15 sessions now, from 15 to 35 knots. I would say go for it. Feels very much like an Ozone Edge. I would recommend to use medium setting for bar pressure on the 2019 model though, because otherwise the tips can collapse a tiny bit (like with the Edge too btw) No problems with medium setting though, and 2020 is improved in that regard.

How much do you weigh? I do not know if I should get a 12 or a 11m, since I want only one kite to cover the winds at my localbeach. I am 65 kg,riding TT and surfboard for airstyle kind of tricks.Winds here are tpically around 16-18 knots. Some days lower than that, and few of them 25 knots.
No possibility to demo , so i have to buy blind
thanks

I weigh 82 kilos and ride a Bulldozer 140x42. I have a 12 also and can ride it from 12 knots, but that's the absolute limit for me on twintip and flatwater with no current. I would go for the 11 if I was you, though you should manage the 12 in 25 knots. But it's not a fast kite in the bigger sizes.

Sculp. Hyper is not the fastest relaunching kite...

Sculp for sure. It's pretty newbie friendly. Hyper has very high aspect ratio, which makes it close to the race kites. You don't learn how to drive a car on a Camaro.

thanks Kristan and Faxie!
And what about very light wind conditions, something like 13-14 knots using a normal twintip board.
would you advice a big HYPER or SCULP size kite?
Thanks again

high AR LEI and light wind (and beginner..) is usually a bad combination -> relaunch is hard.
13-14 knots isn't very light wind, I bet hyper will relaunch
but sure sculp is easier

Hyper works fine in this winds. Sculp should be fine too though. Bit lighter.
