Met a guy sponsored by best at a kite festival a few weeks back. Heard good feedback about the support they give and how in touch they are with team riders. Gear looked great too!
Hopefully they respond more and keep going

The title of this post reminded me of SNL's skit "What Up with That?". Just couldn't resist posting this video. Some of you may enjoy watching.

Last message posted on FB on August ... unpaid invoices ... no replies to emails and FB messages ... are they still in business?
I report my experience: a month ago I bought Best kites and spare parts and I received everything within a few days.
They always answered my emails within a couple of days.

I really want to get the depowerlines for both my red and black bars and they list them as in stock, however when I go to purchase, here's the two shipping options I get for my USA address! More than double the cost of the three items ($120), with the 5-day delivery being $365 and 3-day being $128!!!!!! How is anyone going to agree to those shipping charges, might as well buy a new bar elsewhere, except I hate throwing away bars that just need a new depowerline.

Presumably due to coronavirus travel restrictions? Surely that cannot be a regular shipping charge? I tried shipping to Cape Town for my next season there, but they don't even offer that option, presumably because there are simply no flights to South Africa at the moment. Tough time to be trying to restart this business. I need a friend in Spain who I can ship to who is planning to go to Cape Town in December/January! Shipping within Spain is $12.
