Hi,
Which line mount would you recommend for new GOPRO 8 with foater. I can use my old line mount but only without floater...what I think is to risky.
Thx
Iztok

I also use the UGo, excellent
You could just tie the camera safety line around one front line instead of using a bulky floater though.
I don't have anything on mine though, but if the connection should break, the camera will be lost yes.

yup, I have switched from floater to safety lanyard attached to one power line also...
and while on the subject - anyone who uses their GoPro in water should consider Clarifii, this shit works wonders. Especially on cheaper domes, the top-notch domes like the KNEKT Dome do not get water droplets on the dome that much but cheaper ones do and Clarifii makes a world of a difference.
I haven't used Rain-X that a lot of people use to compare but it makes a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge difference and gets rid of water droplets on the lens

I've tried them all, for sure the Ugo!
The Camrig was the most overpriced waste.

I had a Quark gimbal but as you can't get it wet it they can stop working very quickly.
