Hey,
Best time in NC is between November and March. (Summer)
Around Noumea you have a few spots, but some of them are only accessible with a boat.
Most famous is Le Meridien, there is also L'Aquareve and L'ilot Maitre.
There is also l'ilot Goeland, l'ilot Signal and others...
if you want to surf you have to go to Tenia

Camping and kiting at Poe is epic.. flat water.. you can go out to the reef waves it's a long way if things go wrong though. Have spotted fair sized teethy fish cruising around while we were wave riding.

Thanks for this mate..
Can I ask what are the best spots for kite-foil and wing foil ?
For kite foil, requirements are deep enough (1m+ ) and flat to small waves.
For wing foil, requirements are deep enough (85 cm + ) and small to medium size waves. preferable non-breaking rollers to learn winging in waves.
Of course, nice beach and accommodations are important.
Do we need to rent a car there? if yes, what are best options?
Also any other pointers for first time travelers to NC? dos and don'ts pls.
Thanks in advance.
