Hi there and thank you for your work.
Just start to printing this wing but one thing that bother me and try to but can't do it for myself is can you please add wing tips for that onda wing?
Thanks!
What do you mean by adding wingtips? It already has tips. Different kind of tips?

I'm mean when you got full wing stl file it looks like cutted. Like Is missing around 40 50mm on the ends?

That stl file file is quite old. Since then I have added fillet to tip edges, and the tips are still quite full, so that they don't stab you in a fall. I added an stl file with filleted tips to Thingiverse. Also uploaded stl files of the wing split in five pieces, for easier printing. Let me know should you want the version with small and pointy tips like the Onda 633.

Also here are some pics of the last two wings I built:

I attached two to this message. One of them is modeled with narrow tips, and the other is the file above with wingtip profile swept to form a smaller tip.

Looks very good! I prefer to leave the part where the wing and fuselage mate flat.

I have used H105 for stabilizers too. Also, printed naca4410 ones, but have not tried them yet. On a recent topic here naca2408, naca2410 came up as viable options.

About to start another wing build. The last one is a slightly modified 633 type design that has been holding up well with it's 3D printed core. This time, I'm going going large (around 2200cm2). Has anyone had luck building anything this size with any tips on things they've noticed? My main curiosity is regarding profile. I'm basically using the same H105 profile that I'm familiar with. The result is similar to other designs of this size out there...though seems to be a thinner by a bit. A quick pic of where I'm heading is attached (with cut tips for now)...not that it shows much to be helpful. Anyhow, just curious if anyone has built anything this size before I dive in myself.

Hi,

This is more or less a Corona based project. It is a far bigger wing for my canard type foil, thinner profile. More or less it is a full week printing and the printer is in my apartment. It feels like you have a guest at home breathing and making strange noises 24/7

I print mockups to pull molds from them.

Should there be no access to the beaches possible within the next two weeks, I have the drawings for a mono foil. And this one will be "slightly" different from what you have seen.

Stay safe, keep social distancing!

tks

Kosta
