I don't know these last ones but that spider bridle version of Nitro is excellent kite, very fast and agile, nice bar feel easy boosting. V2 had problems with relaunch, when I tested it I remember it had very good upwind pull though. High quality kites, some can say overbuilt (latest V's are lighter though)

It took me a while to get used to my 12m Nitro 6 but I like it now. Would love to know if the 7 is similar but lighter and faster looping. I have a 10m OR Razor which I like boosting with but find it more difficult to unhook with.

Haha
personally i did not like the performance of the 2020 North Dice 12m. i tested it last autumn for about an hour in 15-25 knots.
Why:
1. You don‘t feel the kite when sending it and do rotations.
This was the worst con of the Dice from my point of view.
2. When you send the kite even in stronger winds - you get no real height. the kite just looses the power but does not tranform it in real height. The Dice is a typical marketing kite from my point of view.
3. 3 struts means less structural rigidity and less pull when sending it. same with the bridle.
Just try same kitesizes (Dice vs Nitro7, Dice vs Vegas,...) back to back on the water (and not in virtual reality) and you will know the truth.
if it must be a north=duotone=whatsoever-samesame go with the vegas - an absolutely amazing top kite.

Do you mean only 2020 North Dice you don't like, or also dices from 2017, 2018 versions ? Than why independend channels rating really well it, as for example wetestkites.
Do you think Vegas have the same hang time as Dice ? i think not, have less.

Was the Dice pumped to 7-8psi? The behaviour you described is very typical of Duotone kites that aren't pumped properly. I have those same problems on my Evos and to a less extent Rebels when they're not pumped to at least 6psi, preferably 7-8.There is a world of performance difference.
