Though I'm not an owner, if I had to reload from scratch, I agree with Kamikuza, it would probably be with Axis.
They have something to offer for just about any style of foiling with the exception of hard core racing.
They are at the forefront of wing design and seem to be producing very high performance setups that people really like.
The whole setup is very modular and future proof. There's very little chance they're going to need to change the design of the connections etc as other have had to do to accommodate bigger wings.
You can go alu at a reasonable price and upgrade to a carbon mast as budget permits.
Another setup I'd look at is Armstrong, though there is a greater initial outlay as it's premium all carbon design. Also a wide range of wings to cover a lot of desired styles.
Ketos foils are lovely, just drool-worthy, and have great resale value (hardly ever see them second hand), but the price and the box connection put me off (in the past at least).
Moses make very good foils, they have some real winners, but there doesn't seem to be that much coherence between their wing designs. I also think the wing/fuselage connection design is limiting.
My personal ride is Cloud 9, who have been making very solid, much loved foils that cross over very well between kite and surf foiling.
They have fallen behind a bit by being a little slow to market with a high aspect offering, though you can be sure that when they do, it will be worth the wait.
They also come in at a very reasonable entry price, though they don't have mast length variety one might want.
