New (used) Panish A-15

Postby Bille » Sat May 30, 2020 8:57 pm

Just pulled the trigger, on a used Pansh A-15. ultralight , 15m !
It's near , brand new .

http://c.ikitesurf.com/classifieds/49655

Can someone guide me to the Mod i need ; to make this
kite work better please ?

How low a wind will it pull my Fat-ASS in, with a 142 TT, at 205-Lb ; i
suspect lower wind than my 13M Ozone Edge ? I'm really only 5-Lb
over-weight ; so normally i go for 200-Lb.

Have you flown it yet, Bille? My Pansh Aurora II never required modifications. It flew fine out of the bag. Maybe yours will, too?

Buy new kite, how do I fix it cos it doesnt work from the factory.

Second hand kites, the same shit.

Anyone would think the factory couldn’t give a shit about thier customers, if they did product would actually work without a home made fix.

Clearly they don’t.

Jako bloke needs a pay rise for actually making thier gear useable!

Good luck billie but it ain’t your job to fix factory f*** ups

Well I bought my A15 new and it was all good ??

I recommend the new mod posted here viewtopic.php?f=197&t=2391108&start=500

It gives the kite more performance.

100% meant it don’t have doubt about that.

Not ever bought a brand new product and had to get a 3rd party hack to make it work no. I know yours so t new and a bit of tweaking checking is the norm but fitting/changing the factory spec so that it flys properly isn’t my thing.

My New, (used) A-15 ultralight 15m , just showed up in the mail !! :jump:

Wanted to go to the park tonight, to try it out ; but :
wouldn't Ya know it , weather said South southwest wind 8 to 17 mph, with
gusts as high as 24 mph. :(
Gonna have to wait a while to try it out ; it's suppose to blow too much for
my kite till Monday night. :angryfire:

Going to try it stock, First ; then do the Jack-O-mod, and try it again
in the same conditions , (smooth night air; in the park).

Let Ya know ; what i learn ...

I imagine the reason why someone would sell a basically new kite is because it didn't perform right out of the bag. You may have quite the challenge. Definitely interested in your experience.

Maybe they don't like foil kites? Maybe they couldn't connect the lines. I doubt it wouldn't perform out of the bag.
