Ditto. I've found Flysurfer Germany very easy to deal with. How have you contacted with them? Phone or email?
I've found them easy to speak to and I don't speak German. Email responses no problem either. Just make sure your email address hasn't been used by spammers which may cause it to end up in the Spam folder.

Read my first comment before posting... "did you reach out to the company?" Yes, I did and I have had a run around for the last 2 months, being passed off to a mystery colleague who is yet to reach back out to me. HQ has been incredibly frustrating to deal with for 2 months

...Maybe it´s an issue with finding the right kind of tone

You use it for gliding you wrote?
Meaning aviation/paragliding on ridges/thermals?
Respect, and risky with a water kite (non-paragliding), lacking all the extra lines for safety

Peter, yeah, we dont try to fly too high off the ground, more of a speed flying meets boosting. My highest air was about 100 feet off the ground for maybe 2 minutes. Enough to get you to go splat if you fall and not high enough to have a parachute be effective. It can be risky as you make it, we always fly new lines and dont fly unpredictable shifty winds. All sports can be risky

A good news wrap up, my part should be here in the next week. I finally got a definitive response and got reached out to by Armin. I do appreciate the personal touch.

Yes very good idea, otherwise I see the risk that the word keeps sticky not just to the tittle of the topic ...

I had great customer service when I had an issue with my board handle and footpad. They also sent my boards promptly when I ordered.
