Top carbon high-tech race foils and boards

After learning level, i start to search for race equipment, for high end race foils and boards.
My foil right now is duotone freeride spirit 700sqcm..
Looking for the best carbon and the most innovative speed race foil with some user friendly futures. And also the best race boards, preference from Europe..
I didn’t find anything from forums to delight me. I just saw the equipment of pro athletes..
Until now my closest answer is chubanga foil V3 and about boards i find camet (but i dont want to pay VAT, i live in Europe) or riftboards, Groove..
I need your opinion for an intermediate rider

For a none IKA approve race foil check the "meteor" from mantafoils

I have the same question, but would also like to know about all different types of registeration for foils. Like theres the "ika approved" racefoils I guess for olympic events, will there be races where youre not allowed to race unless the foil has this or that registration? I Just want to compete in local races and maybe some bigger events in the future. If I dont choose a IKA approved foil, is the foil most probably welcome to all races except olympic events?
