Should be similar for Poland. Dry spells always happen but the trend is actually opposite. Do you have any drone footage of the floods?

We had two really dry years over here in Germany in 2018 and 19. In 2018 we had the longest drought period since 1881 (beginning of weather data). The farmers are having terrible problems over here. 2020 starts way to dry again. Nearly no rain since march.

It might stay that way. Look at the late 1800's, this is where the Sun activity is pointing. Hydrologist shaping up to be a valuable profession.
