Duotone drew again only Dice kite, all other styles almost the same just with new lighter canopy.
Coming also a new bar with new lines and new surfboard materials.

Source of the fabric ? Teijin probably.

Could the "new" lighter fabric be T9600, the original single-ripstop polyester spinnaker sailcloth that used to be industry standard before North ( now Duotone ) started the Technoforce D2 detour into heavier canopy fabrics?

Would be ironic if Duotone leads the ways back to lighter canopy cloth.

In the latest duotone diversity magazine, Page 80 there is a nice discussion about lightweight kites and some of the efforts by duotone.

Including mention of testing new materials that manufacturers are offering, possibly because of aluula coming to market.

October is coming the Dice. Now Duotone probably will have 2 line ups as normal and premium. And the bars are coming w upgraded lines.

Any news about Twin tip line up? Also october?

Yes those look like the new Evo’s that Ralf is testing in the Netherlands with Lasse.

Apparently the dice have not changed much this year, slightly thinner struts, overall slightly lighter. Coming in 3 colours: purple, charcoal, green.

Duotone have adopted the same lines as core kites for 2021 which have more strands but overall thinner, stronger and less stretch. The click bar is just shy of $1000 by the time you add a Chicken loop.

I gather the boards have not really changed a huge deal, they are scrapping some of the the textreme models and replacing them with higher end SLS versions which are stupidly expensive. The surf boards are also taking a big price hike too I understand.
