Just acquired a vaccum pump and it does not have the original barbed nipple at the in port. Anyone recognise this connector type? I guess I'll just replace it with a standard thing unless someone thinks it is worth finding the mate for this one..

‘Push to connect’ Fitting. It will say the diameter on the fitting. Looks like 3/8. If it just says one number like 8, then it’s 8mm dia. Get a hose with the same dia and push it in.

can't say what diameter it is , but it's for sure a pusch to connect system.
Just push the tube with the right diameter ( in europe it's 6 or 8mm) in , all done.
to release the tube , push th e white collar down and pull the tube out.
Pretty standart system for vacuum tubes.

Great. Either 5/16 or 8mm (almost the same). Will get some tube and give it a go.
