Foil for beginning and carving

I am looking for a foil for early lift, low-speed flat water carving and maneuverability, with a balanced stability. Basically, a foil for playing around in flat water at low speed.
By balanced stability, I mean a foil that is easy to carve but not twitchy under the foot at low speed, and stable enough for switching feet. And a foil that does not give a "locked in" feeling, so it's easy to engage a turn at medium speed.
I am 75 kg/165lbs. I am a beginner to foiling, but have been kiting for 12 years.  

It seems a low-aspect foil with 900-1300 cm2 surface area could be a sweet spot for this program and my weight.
I selected these foils so far:
* The F-One Mirage Carbon 1000 V3
* The Duotone Spirit Carve (950)
* The Moses 633 (1250), e.g. Kit 91
* The Slingshot Hover Glide Apollo 60 (1120)

I appreciate any comments on these foils (or any other foil that would fit my program)
I am particularly interested in foils giving a good trade-off between maneuverability and stability for the program I mentioned.

I would definitely put in the list Cabrinha Hi rise Carve and North Sonar 1150. Have tried both and they seem to fit exactly what you're looking for. I'm 78kg

Buy what you can get from your local kite shop in case you have problems.
Pick a foil that has many wing options as easier to upgrade and you won’t outgrow it

I can not help for those you have chosen.

Personally I would go for a Foil, that I know is working for long time in the Past, and ideal everybody is using on your local beach.

If you got some stupid problems and can not ride because too bumpy, choppy what so ever, and 10 foilers have a good time.... at least you can not blaim the Foil...

But that is a personal issue I have...

You should really consider the North Sonar 1650 or 1150 into this. The Carvability of the Sonar is insane thanks to that really short fuselage. I love the 1650 for really light days.

i dont have a lot of experience but i find the cloud9 s24/LF impulse to be very stable and easy to ride, but carvable . they are good value (relatively) if thats important, realwatersports has complete foil for 700$ shipped. also i see you fly airush diamond. i have a 7m, which i like a lot for foiling, matches this wing for my 70kg at about 13+kt. the impulse does jump up on foil quick, so it takes a bit to get used to, but rides really stable and really slow.

Consider Gong Allvator surf wing pro, size M, with carbon mast and surf stab, it is sweet.

Hi. Moses Onda will perfectly meet your expectations. I have this set and it all began with it. First learning with a 61cm mast and now I'm flying with a 91cm mast
