Anyone ride a 10m soul with twintip? My 15 is good for 12to 20knots, id like the 10 to be fun in 20-26 (ish)
Style is boosting, downloops, little bit of old school tricks
Dear hayes, I ride a soul 10 with tt 139x39.
It's extraordinary. weight about 72kg. I ride from 10kn to 28kn. But the sweet poin goes from 16 22. The jumps have a huge hang time, compared to my leis on video I stay twice as long in the air. Loops are fast, but powerful.
It is very important with these kites to find the correct measurement for your weight, style and spot conditions. But the 10m for me is perfect, it spins fast, it is agile, it has very good peaks and an endless hang time.

For me (@ 92kg), I ride a 12m Soul with a 135x46 TT in 11-18 knots and from 18-25 knots a 140 x 35.5 TT. When it gets over 25 knots it becomes a bit scary. If it is very gusty, I switch to a LEI as they seem to handle the gusts better - just my preference.

Anybody ride their souls powered on twintip?
Seems a lot of you guys are foilers
I’ve got a 15m speed 5, thinking of a soul to go with it
I have 12 and 9 Stoke inflatables that I’m not too keen on, so thinking of getting rid and getting a 10M soul and a small kite for looping, like a 8m bandit or similar
Ideal quiver would be 18/12/8 Souls but I’m not made of money haha

I´m riding Soul 10 as a single kite travel solution with small twintip and a 1.42m directional ("big skim") as moderate low wind option. The 10 square works in a really wide windrange, of course neighter an absloute low-wind (without foil) nor a storm-option. I´m about 75kg.
I had a 12sqm Soul and 9sqm Stoke 1 before. Figured out this wasn´t a good combination: I always wanted to ride soul, not the stoke, even overpowered. I maybe would have kept the stoke if I had started foiling.
Never had a kite before that cried out "Loop me" so loud as the 10sqm Soul

You power kite loop your 10? I use to loop my 8 all the time, fantastic power surge not for the faint of heart. I have a 10 now and really it’s a little too slow for me to do anything other than downloop/heliloop. Might have to try it now.

Just bought the 9m and I feel one of the things I'll miss is playing with the kite, looping it, swinging it about, backing it down into power and shooting it out sideways. All the loops I've had so far have been way too big of an arch and have required a serious dose of front foot pressure to keep the wing down. Tried on TT in maybe 25knots thinking I could whip it around faster with a small transition jump in that wind and got the crap beaten out of me. Guess there's a learning curve

I also ride the 10 on tt exclusively.138*42 @ 80 kg.
The fun for me starts at about 15 kn to about 24 kn. I will be going for the 7 then. It has an enormous range but at the top end I cannot hold the edge well enough for boosting and it comes a bit too close to the edge when you depower it a lot.
You can certainly power loop it but there is a limit where I run out of guts....

Sounds good guys, thanks
I’m 85kg, a 10m sounds ideal for 20-26 knots to go above my 15m

What do you recon is a good size of Soul for a 90kg rider with that already has 15m soul and 7m boost? Was thinking about 9/10m for 20-30kts. I can ride 7m boost from 28kts and Soul 15 up to 22kts.
I’m really curious what LEI range and speed would be equivalent of 10m soul?
