When you all talk about shimming the stabilizer.. are you simply using stainless flat washers? Or is this a mfg product?
I have never shimmed so I wonder if I'm simply working my stance more than I need to. Setup: 633 wing, 425 stabilizer.

Some manufacturers sell plastic shims basically a wedge shaped plastic piece to change the angle slightly. Some people use washer but I don't like that too much since the pressure will be on the washer and not evenly distributed along the wing fuselage connection. Another method is to use plastic bondo spreader that are wedge shape and just cut it to fit under you stab.
See this video. I like that method.

Thanks, Never seen that. I thought I was only adjusting the angle of the stabilizer. Naish (which I don't ride) has a quick adjuster for the stabilizer attitude.

I use a plastic washer on one set and a proper shim on another. With 425 you might need to shim stabilizer pointing it more down
