Hello just brought some gear to start kitesurfing and got a question about line connection as my kites not here yet.
How do the steering lines attach when they have knots on them. Do the kite line loops thread over it and attach the opposite way to centre lines or do you attach the knotted loops and attach to kite same as the centre lines?

Yes!
There should be loops on the kite (RRD) that would be attached to those steering line knots via a larks head knot. As you can see, the front lines would be the opposite. They do this to make setting up quicker and more importantly safer. You may hear the term "kook proof" lines to refer to this arrangement. I hope that answers your question.
If you're using this bar with another brand of kite that's set up in reverse, you can get some pigtail extensions to modify the attachment orientation to match up.
