Sadly no, what Garmin Connect and Strava do with kitesurfing is a different story, but someday that may improve - especially if jumps become accurate and interesting to a big enough user base.

hope you don't mind going off topic a little, am i correct that woo creates .fit files for the telemetric data like garmin does? if so i should be able to import fit file into garmin virb to use in movie editing, or am i completely off the ball? i'm aware woo have an editor but i'm a windows user not apple..

I don't think WOO creates FIT files, at least nothing accessible to users. It is a proprietary data exchange between WOO / Phone / Server (as far as I know).

I remember there was something about WOO and Go Pro movie editing, but I don't know how it was done.

Am i correct in understanding that to use all the functions of pro i need to be connected to a phone, but i cannot connect to smart watch? If this is the case is it possible to still use a smart watch and use the gps functions of watch? Or is it just not possible to do both.

Right now Garmin and Android watch apps don't need WOO PRO subscription. You can use GPS on both. In addition, Garmin watch can create a Garmin Activity track (map) of you session - all for free, no subscription required :thumb: . Official WOO Sports announcement of Garmin watch app is coming soon :)

I realise i don't need the pro, but i want the extra gps data that the pro subscription gives via the phone, but i also want to use the watch at the same time, but on the site it says that you cannot connect to watch whilst connected to phone, if your saying that the woo can use the watch gps then i presume i can still use the advanced data that pro uses and still use watch, hopefully that makes sense..
