I had this exact same problem with the exact same board and exact sam 590.
Sadly, the T22 really cannot span the difference between the 633/483 and the 590/330. Truth is, I had to buy (2) boards to make those 2 combos work. And, (from memory here), the position of the mast for riding the 590 was 6" (you read that correctly, 6 inches) further forward than the 633.
With the 590 being way to far aft on the T22 (really Moses should disclose this stuff, they don't), you have to move your stance aft to accomodate (forget the straps). Once you move your front foot back 4-6", you run out of room on the tail of the board to move your back foot back any more, so consequently you need to move your front foot back even more. This extremely narrow stance will then balance equidistance from the balance point, albeit a crunched foot position.
The T22 works nicely for the 633 and other foils, even the 637, but the 590 likes to be crazy far forward.
If you commit to keeping that front strap, actually, forget that, you just can't use a front strap.
I bought 2 exact boards to handle this problem, and it worked like a charm (2020 slingshot dwarfcraft micro, and 2018 slingshot dwarfcraft micro). Their mast tracks were 6" different in their positions.
Now, the drastic solutions.
Drill new holes in your T22.
Drill new holes in your mast base.
That is the only long term solution I know of.
If you can ride strapless and ride the narrow stance, that is the easiest solution.
Hope that helps.
