Just curious. My new eleveight RS kites can change at the bridle. I've set fastest turning and do change power line lengths by an inch. I haven't played with the bridle as I'm still learning the kites really.

Nope I never change them but I have different quivers for different types of kiting.

Many kites only have tip settings. They also really aren't for power but for turning speed/bar pressure.
I move mine depending on wind conditions and intended use to speed up/slow down the kite. Does it make a huge difference? Not really, but it's enough for me to want to change it.

The Eleveight RS settings make a huge difference.
For foiling or waves you put it on pivot setting less pull in turns.
Freeride the standard setting is my favourite.
Also has freestyle setting which delivers more pull in turns and hangtime.
But you also change wingtip settings for freestyle.
If you just want extra hangtime I've found leave on freeride setting on bridle and move wingtip setting.
Definitely a difference in hangtime.

Set it once at the beginning and never look back.

I've experimented with it years ago, but never really found bridle settings (and frontline on C kite) to make a big difference.
My Hyper V1 9m is put on the middle barpressure setting, because just like the V8 Edge (if I'm not mistaken) the wingtips can collapse a bit if there's not enough pressure. The shorter leverage keeps the LE from buckling. Tip diameter on the V2's was increased slightly so no problems on those.
Didn't really notice the higher barpressure either btw...

I've tried different settings on V2 Enduros but prefer the default settings. They also have three centre bridle settings (which the poll doesn't mention) which I sometimes change, but I mostly leave everything as shipped because the kites generally work best with the default settings. Doesn't take long to get dialed into the conditions.

I also ride Enduros as iriejohn above, but I have found that I like different turn speed settings(wingtip) for different sizes: I ride both my kites on the middle bridle setting, but use fastest turn speed setting on the 11m, while on the 9m I use the middle option. Thus it makes both sizes feel similar in turn speed&bar pressure.

When I ride the Enduro I do the same as above. 9m on fastest wingtip setting, 7m on middle so the turning speeds are closer. Also, when wave riding I do move the front bridle to the wave setting as it seems to drift a bit better but only on good waves with the wind from a good direction. Otherwise the front stays on the middle as well.
