I have both these wings (actually 683S, the older version of the 679).
Out of the two wings, and at your level, my opinion is that you'd benefit greatly from riding the 633 for a while.
It will give you good progression and confidence with gybing, foot switching etc.
The 683S though is actually my preferred wing now as it cruises a bit faster and feels more alive.

Hi Jose,
I spent a year learning on the 550. It was very challenging. Then I got 590, a little better. Then I got the 633 and 483 stab. Its a huge difference, you should go for that if its available easily in your region. Keep your kite fuselage, you might go back later to a smaller wing.
After 3 years on Moses, I got curious and tried Gong Freewave M ( also called Pro M or Pro clear M) . Its a great foil too. In some ways better than moses 633, especiallyif you are under 75 kgs. If you can get one shipped reasonably priced its a really good option. I sold my moses gear.
You should get a 120cm freeride board and go strapless.
Thanks a lot for this tips, very, very usefull. What about getting a 679 wing instead of 633? Very different? . I am 75 kg. Wich brands of 120 cm board do you sugest?
Thanks!
Jose, I've never used the 679, but 2 of my friends love that wing. They are better foilers than myself, ,30 years younger
.
There's a lot of good boards. I think it depends on what's available in your region. Moses, Groove, there's so many good ones. I make my own.
Only recommended if you are " maker" type and have long winter like us in sweden.

Unless you have very specific demands (high winds huge chop most days), the 91 will be spot on for "everything"
Shorter is a nightmare, and longer is not necessary when you are experienced - easier for starters, but 90 to 95 cm is a good length later for everything IMO.
