I had the V1 136 cm for two years now, and just bought the V2.
Normally I ride in choppy inner water conditions, and I find it slightly better than the V1.

The flex is a little more, so the board is less stiffer. This increases pop, but also the spraying is less due this, as it bends a little more in the waves.
The Quad Concaves are deeper than the V1, this has the benefit of more grip, so better to hold down the rail in powered conditions.

As the rocker is the same or slightly increased, do not know for sure. But with less stiffness, and deeper channels, I feel a big different and the V2 has a softer landing. I do like the V2 more than the V1, as it is more gently to my knees but still has allot of performance for big Airs, FreeRide and also nice for FreeStyle focused tricks.

I tested V1 136cm and liked it. I order V2 now and hope its will be good as well.
My focus for this board mainly bigair ... for freestyle use other boards.
