Can you recommend me a fast and reactive TT?

It's time to change my beloved Cabrinha Caliber 133.
What I am looking for is a fast and reactive board for freeride (aggressive turns and boosting). I don't mind sacrificing a little of comfort.

What do you recommend me?

Naish Monarch. I just laid out my thoughts on a different thread, but it cuts through chop and keeps you in control at high speeds. I have heard other people say it rides a bit bumpier, but I honestly think it rides pretty soft especially in choppy conditions.

Everyone will put in what they ride. There are a ton of boards that fit this category. If you want the most reactive, look for a stiffer carbon makeup. It'll mainly come down to the amount of grip you want. I prefer a moderate grip, so ride a F-One Trax and a North Atmos (both carbon). If you want more grip, then go for an Ozone Torque or a Naish Monarch. There was a thread discussing this not long ago - viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2406594&hilit=big+air+TT


Well, except the Monarch. It's not carbon, but it's pretty awesome. Although, I'll disagree the new ones are comfortable ride in the chop, especially in the smaller sizes. Bigger ones (138+) are a little more flexible. The older ones were pretty comfortable with the larger rocker, but the new ones are pretty flat.

Note that both the Imperator and Fusion use a 6.5" spacing for the foot-strap bolts.

Raptor Pro neon is one sweet ride. Super light board, nice grip and flex, fast...

Be careful what you wish for. Axis Limited, very fast and reactive, but will turn your knees to bone dust in the chop!

Anything Shinn... check the blurb on their product, usually it's pretty representative of what the board does.
I rode a borrowed Naish Motion back to back to my old Shinn Speedball and I could not believe how poor it performed in comparison. Like dragging a cinder block on the water - comparatively speaking of course.
