Is there a standard for foil bases to fit on boards? Are the four bolts the same dimensions?
I have a North Board and a North Sonar Foil. This has four screw holes in the board not the track. Will my foil fit on a board with the US track boxes?

Most, Including US settled on 4xM8 90x165mm mount. Some aluminum foils have 90x140mm mount.
Tracks are usually positioned 90mm apart

Mine has the 4xM8 90x165mm mount. Just hoping it will fit within the tracks of the US track boxes

Is it 4xM8 or 4xM6?
I am seeing more of the 4xM6 arround. Which brands have M8? Thanks!

I guess I should have just looked on the North Site. I didn't think they would use both methods.

That is interesting, i thought M6 was the standard for tracks, i guess I was wrong.
Gong is using M6 (
https://www.gong-galaxy.com/en/product/ ... late-2018/)
Moses, Slingshot and many others - M8
Are there any cases, that show that 4xM6 is not enough? I am using M6 screws for many years, no problem. But I am riding strappless and not jumping...

It looks like GONG M6 T-nuts are not designed to fit a US track box, but their own hipe ics plate.
Here is the first result I ran into on strength of M6 vs M8.
